On February 18, the Planning Board will hold a workshop to review drafts of Articles 8 (Overlay Zones), 9 (Form­-Based Zones), 10 (Waterfront Zones), 11 (Shoreland Zone), 12 (Floodplain Zone), and 13 (Resource Protection Zone) of the ReCode. At the meeting, staff will also present revisions to Articles 1-­7, based on Planning Board and public feedback received at the last Planning Board workshop on this topic.
